Ukrainian forces strike Energia plant in Russia's Yelets
Ukrainian forces attacked the Energia plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, on October 25 and overnight into October 26, damaging a workshop that produces power components for Russian weapons and causing a fire. The General Staff said the strike could complicate Russia's supply of batteries and other power components for guided aerial bombs, missiles and other weapons.
